Paper Submission

Papers should be written and submitted adhere to the standard IEEE format. You have to submit papers without names of authors. Templates for Microsoft Word can be found in the following link https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Only PDF files and Word documents will be accepted for the review process.

Regular Papers:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers with maximum 8-page following the conference template. The submitted papers must be unpublished and not being currently under review for any other publication.

Posters:

Participation of prospective authors is encouraged by assigning a poster session. Authors wishing to participate have to submit a summary of their research in no more than (80cm x 120cm) space.

Discount:

50% discount for the second accepted paper.

Registration

Fees will be paid after the final acceptance of the submitted papers. The registration fees cover a copy of the proceedings, attending sessions, and coffee breaks according to the following rates:
